Arguments

first, second: Condensed distance vectors over the same cells.
method: "spearman", "pearson" or "kendall".
permutations: Number of permutations.
alternative: "greater", "less" or "two-sided".
seed: Random seed.
threads: Worker threads, or NULL.

Value

A list with statistic, p_value, permutations, null_mean and null_sd.
