A tuned and a base condition scored on the cells all three share, with base values and changes

Arguments

survey: Cells of the survey.
tuned, base: Cells of the tuned and of the base condition.
facets: Facets, a facets spec, or NULL for the pooled population only.
variant: A specification from pfs_variant().
variants: A list of specifications; adds a variant column.
identity: Named list of constant columns placed first.
threads: Worker threads; NULL reads popfidelity.threads or POPFIDELITY_THREADS, else 2.

Value

A tibble with the tuned columns, base_ columns and delta_*_vs_base changes.
