Replicate runs averaged per condition, with run-to-run SDs and pooled t-interval half-widths

Usage

Arguments

frame

A scored table with one row per run.

keys

Columns that identify a condition.

spread

Numeric columns that get _sd and _ci columns.

pool_by

NULL for one interval per row, character() to pool every row, or columns whose levels pool.

replicate

Run column.

confidence

Interval confidence.

Value

A tibble with one row per condition.
